After you enter all the information about the patient it store all the data for future reference, it creates a form filled with all the information ready to send it by email. Demografical information, diagnostics, conditions and all the data you need from a patient. Also register the daily work ready to send it by email. Remember this version is in SPANISH. iPad version also available, take a look at appstore.
